Computer Warehouse Group is the leading IT services provider in Nigeria founded in 1992 with a vision to add values to businesses with Information Technology. The company is made up of three divisions; CWL Systems, DCC Networks and ExpertEdge Software. The idea behind three separate companies in the group is to foster core competencies among the different companies in their niche segments
CWL System, the forerunner of the group, specializes in the supply and integration of computer hardware, e-payment systems and ancillary equipment. It commands a share of over 15% of the computer systems market in Nigeria. DCC Networks, our communications arm, specializes in VSAT, Metropolitan and wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, Systems Integration and Network Monitoring. ExpertEdge Software is the software division of the group. Its business focus includes software development and deployment, systems analysis, e-payment systems, Training, consulting, design and implementation.
CWG has indeed grown to become a Pan African ICT Company, establishing regional offices in West and East Africa. CWG Ghana Limited (2005) and CWG Uganda (2010) respectively each handling the business interest of these regions. Plans are well on the way to spread to many more African countries. The Group currently employs over 600 personnel of which 98% of the employees are IT Expertise.

Founded in 1987, The GSM Association (GSMA) is a global trade association representing more than 750 GSM mobile phone operators across 218 territories and countries of the world.
The GSMA has been working for the past year on two major initiatives: Mobile Money Transfer, focused on international remittances and remote banking / payments; and Pay-Buy-Mobile, which is focused on transactions at point of sale.
In February 2008, the GSMA announced it had enrolled a select few partners, including Fundamo, to establish a hosted mobile-wallet platform, enabling mobile operators to pilot financial services rapidly, and for the benefit of millions of people without a bank accounts.
